Meet Morgan Brown

Morgan couldn’t find beauty products that met her standards of clean, high performance and sensitivity-safe care.  So she created June Skin to make them – for herself, and for women like her who refuse to compromise their health for it.

Founder Story

In June 2017, Morgan’s life took a sudden turn when she lost her father, just one year before graduating from business school. In the months that followed, she began exploring beauty as a pathway to wellness, turning to practices like daily skincare rituals, acupuncture, and more intentional lifestyle habits as acts of self-preservation and care.

But as she looked at the products lining her shelves, she realized that level of intention wasn’t reflected in everything she used. Many products weren’t formulated for sensitive skin, and few met her standards for safety and performance. So she started June Skin to make them.

Led by a WOC Research and Development team, Morgan set out to create a formula that delivered efficacious results and a luxury experience without compromising safety. Every product is rooted in transparency and efficacy, and held to a formulation standard that avoids ingredients commonly flagged for potential long-term health concerns. Her mission has been clear from the beginning: to create beauty that genuinely supports the way women live, feel, and care for themselves every day.

Before founding June Skin, Morgan spent nearly a decade in the Beauty industry, growing an organic audience of more than 500,000 women around the world. Through that work, she didn’t just recommend products; she listened, and those conversations revealed how deeply women crave beauty that feels safe, transparent, and genuinely effective. That became the foundation of June Skin.

More than a brand, it is Morgan’s commitment to creating beauty that protects, performs, and supports women’s well-being today and in our future.
